Mr. Green has extensive experience in large and complex commercial transactions and litigations, spanning mergers and acquisitions, asset management, private equity, securitizations, syndication, construction financing, sale-leaseback deals, net leasing, and developmental projects.  He has been involved in merger and acquisition transactions in industries as diverse as energy, communications, real estate, banking, retail, entertainment, beverages, hospitality, gaming and mining.

Major clients of Mr. Green at Jones Day where he was a partner included three of the “Big Four Banks” and three of the top four U.S. life insurance companies.  With a primary specialty in real estate, he was a pioneer in the M&A landscape, leading efforts to privatize major corporate retail entities for the purposes of restructuring and eventual resale. He was lead counsel to J.P. Morgan Chase in an innovative nationwide portfolio sale leaseback disposition program, covering more than 19 million square feet of retail and office space, with a valuation surpassing ten figures.  In addition, he served as the principal real estate counsel to J.P. Morgan Chase in its acquisition of Washington Mutual, the largest FDIC bank takeover and sale in U.S. history, encompassing more than 3,200 properties.  Notably, Mr. Green acted as the lead counsel to a lending syndicate of J.P. Morgan Chase, Citibank and Bank of America in what was at the time New York’s highest valued single asset real estate acquisition and the first to cross the $1 billion mark.  After the 2008-2009 financial crisis, he was tapped by Wells Fargo to be lead national counsel for its multi-billion dollar commercial real estate workout portfolio.  His leasing experience features several New York Metropolitan area office leases surpassing 1 million square feet.

Mr. Green previously chaired the New York Bar Association’s subcommittee on office leasing and has been a guest lecturer on real estate at prestigious institutions such as NYU, Baruch, and Fordham University.  He is a graduate of Columbia College, with honors, and Columbia Law School, where he was a recipient of the Stone Scholar Award. He is a former Trustee of the New York Foundling, Board Member of The Save A Child’s Heart Foundation, and Board Member of The American Friends of the Open University of Israel.

Adam Barsky

Adam Barsky has unparalleled experience in the financial world. As a distinguished senior executive, he brings more than three decades of expertise in management, finance and public policy. Since 2019, he has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the New York Power Authority (NYPA), the nation’s largest state public power utility, with revenues exceeding $2.5 billion. 
Before his tenure at NYPA, Mr. Barsky was the Chief of Staff and Special Counselor at the Port Authority of NY and NJ. In this role, he was instrumental in overseeing daily operations, spearheading major development projects, and guiding strategic planning.
Mr. Barsky’s leadership roles have also included Chairmanships at the New York City Employees Retirement System, New York City Transitional Finance Authority, and NYC Municipal Water Finance Authority. Additionally, he served as the Acting Commissioner of the New York City Department of Finance and held dual roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
A Cum Laude graduate from SUNY Albany, Mr. Barsky has been a steadfast member of the New York State Job Development Authority Board of Directors since 2006.

Don Borelli

As a 25-year veteran of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Mr. Borelli oversaw some of the top investigations and counterterrorism missions across the globe. Holding high-profile leadership positions, including Assistant Special Agent in Charge in the New York Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), Mr. Borelli also served as the New York International Terrorism Program Manager, where he devised and executed strategies to address both foreign and domestic violent extremist threats to New York.
As the Assistant Special Agent in Charge in the New York FBI office, Mr. Borelli directed some of the era’s most pivotal investigations. These include thwarting the 2009 al Qaeda-planned bomb plot targeting the New York City subway, securing the extradition and arrest of Bryant Neal Vinas—a New Yorker implicated as an al Qaeda operative plotting against the Long Island Railroad—and addressing the 2009 Maersk Alabama hijacking by Somali pirates. In 2010, responding to the tragic bombings during the World Cup’s final game in Kampala, Uganda, he led a 60-strong FBI team to assist the Uganda Police Force in their investigation. Moreover, in his role as a Supervisory Special Agent, Mr. Borelli supervised over 100 criminal and national security investigations, including those stretching across Europe, Canada, and Africa.
During his service at the FBI Legal Attaché Office in Amman, Jordan, Mr. Borelli held the position of Assistant Legal Attaché. In this role, he was responsible for supervising all FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) activities in Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria. His exceptional operational capabilities played a key role in the arrest of an FBI Most Wanted Terrorist. Furthermore, his unparalleled investigative acumen, particularly when handling several major IED attacks, proved invaluable throughout his tenure. Recognizing his outstanding efforts in Amman, he was honored with the 2006 Investigative Excellence Award by the FBI’s Office of International Operations.
Over his 25-year tenure with the FBI, Mr. Borelli contributed to several of the bureau’s most high-profile cases, including the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, the 1998 U.S. Embassy bombing in Nairobi, Kenya, and the 2000 USS Cole attack in Yemen.
Mr. Borelli has been honored with numerous accolades for his service as an FBI Special Agent. These recognitions include the 2009 FBI Director’s Award for Excellence in Investigation and the 2010 Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in Investigation for his leadership in counterterrorism.
Additionally, Mr. Borelli served as an Advisor and Chief Operating Officer for The Soufan Group, an international global intelligence and security consultancy, where he oversaw their Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) research.
Mr. Borelli has been recognized for his expertise in Congressional testimony and international media, where he regularly provides insight on terrorism and global security. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Mr. Borelli received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

As a businessman turned philanthropist, David Avital is actively engaged in a variety of nonprofit organizations, think tanks, and policy initiatives primarily centered on issues of conflict resolution and the promotion of peaceful coexistence of communities in conflict. Mr. Avital’s association with think tanks and policy initiatives provides him with the tools that in turn help to enhance policy change within the U.S. government and beyond. Because of his belief in the importance of fundamental qualities of flexibility, persistence, and an infallible moral code, Mr. Avital has enjoyed success in both business and personal endeavors. His strong foundation of values has resulted in the development of an incredible sense of commitment to society through his philanthropic ventures. Stuart Sundlun has established a dynamic and varied presence in the financial industry, navigating through an array of roles that span both the U.S. and international markets.  As the current President of Knollwood Capital LLC, he provides strategic advice and business development solutions to emerging growth companies and investment funds.  Additionally, he holds the position of Head of the Office of the Chairman for a U.S. corporation, where he has adeptly orchestrated joint ventures with premier electric commercial vehicle manufacturers in Asia, paving the way for a prospective listing on the U.S. stock exchange.  His proficiency in finance is further demonstrated in his capacity as a Venture Partner at Broadline Capital, a global private equity firm.

In his past ventures, Stuart served as a Strategic Advisor to Pine Creek Holdings, where he directed the development of natural gas plants aimed at converting methane emissions from municipal solid waste landfills into usable energy throughout the United States.

Previously, he held the role of Vice Chairman at BMB Advisors, where he specialized in structuring private equity investments on a global scale. His entrepreneurial drive was evident when he co-founded the Dignity Fund LP, a venture that facilitated microfinance lending in twelve countries.  His earlier career includes his time as a Managing Director at Global Emerging Markets, where he focused on structuring equity investments in burgeoning global public companies.  In the mid-1990s, he was instrumental in financing real estate and energy projects in Russia, in collaboration with Western strategic partners.  His early forays into finance were with Lehman Brothers as an Associate in investment banking, after starting his professional journey at Chase Bank, where he moved from Credit Analyst to Mexican Liaison Officer.

Stuart is an alumnus of Harvard University, where he graduated cum laude with an A.B. in government, and he holds an MBA in Finance from the Columbia Graduate School of Business.  Post-Harvard, he was a Rotary Fellow at La Universidad Pontificia Catolica in Lima, Peru.  During that time, he also dedicated himself as a Special Assistant to the Secretary General of the Organization of American States, Alejandro Orfila.

Harley Lippman

Harley Lippman is the founder and CEO of Genesis10, an IT consulting and staffing company established in 1999.  Under his leadership, Genesis10 has grown into one of the largest IT consulting firms in the United States and is consistently named among the top 50 “Best CEOs” by USA Today.  His innovative business strategies led to him being awarded Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2002.

Prior to starting Genesis10, Mr. Lippman was the founder and sole owner of Triad Data Inc., an information technology consulting firm.  Mr. Lippman holds prestigious positions in several educational and cultural organizations.  He serves on the board of advisors for Yale University’s School of Management and is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board at Columbia University’s Graduate School of International and Public Affairs.  He is an Executive Committee member on the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.  Mr. Lippman was appointed by President George W. Bush to the U.S. Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad, a position he has been reappointed to by successive presidents.  President Joe Biden also appointed him to serve on the USAID Partnership for Peace Fund, focusing on building connections between Israelis and Palestinians.

A dedicated philanthropist, Mr. Lippman has been the sole financial supporter of a Cambodian orphanage for more than 17 years and has funded efforts to explore an overlooked aspect of the Holocaust since 2009.  Specifically, he has been dedicated to uncovering mass graves of Jewish victims, organizing memorials to honor and preserve their memory.  His efforts in this field led him to executive-produce “Safeguarding Memory,” an award-winning documentary about these mass graves in Poland, which was broadcast on PBS.  In addition to his philanthropic work, Mr. Lippman frequently lends his expertise as a commentator on various national and international media outlets, discussing a range of topics from Middle East affairs and workforce development to U.S. politics and the economy.

Steve Shenfeld currently serves as the Chairman of MidOcean Credit Partners, where he guides the firm’s investment strategies and chairs its Investment and Risk committees.  Before joining MidOcean in 2009, he co-founded MD Sass Macquarie Financial Strategies, where he was responsible for directing all origination, investment and structuring of acquisitions.  Prior to MD Sass, Mr. Shenfeld was a General Partner at Avenue Capital Group LLC, where he invested in distressed debt, credit and special situations utilizing a broad range of investment techniques including capital structure arbitrage, event driven credit, secured lending, and bankruptcy advocacy.  Mr. Shenfeld’s experience spans various leadership roles, including serving as Managing Director and Group Head for Debt and Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance at Banc Boston, and as a Partner at Bankers Trust, where he oversaw the global capital markets sales and trading organization, encompassing areas such as high-yield, distressed debt, and credit derivatives.  Mr. Shenfeld’s distinguished career includes early roles as a high-yield trader at both Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette and at Salomon Brothers, where he began his professional journey in 1983.  He holds a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from University of Michigan Business School.

Jason Greenblatt

Jason Greenblatt is an esteemed diplomat, lawyer and commentator widely recognized for his role as an Assistant to President Donald Trump and as the White House Special Envoy to the Middle East.  During his tenure, he served as one of the chief architects of the Peace to Prosperity plan, aimed at resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and played a pivotal role in laying the foundation for the Abraham Accords, a series of historic Arab-Israeli normalization agreements.  Before joining the White House, Mr. Greenblatt was the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at The Trump Organization, where he gained recognition for his skillful handling of complex and significant negotiations.  His tenure was marked by his ability to bridge gaps between diverse groups, successfully forging consensus on various challenging and sensitive issues.  Mr. Greenblatt also shared his expertise as an Adjunct Professor of Management at Yeshiva University and practiced law at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Fried Frank.  He holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Yeshiva University.  Mr. Greenblatt is the Senior Director of Arab-Israel Diplomacy at The Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs and author of the widely acclaimed book “In the Path of Abraham”.

Jim Walker

With a career spanning over three decades in asset management, Jim Walker has established himself as a seasoned leader in the field, holding various influential roles throughout his distinguished professional journey.  He recently resumed his position at Black Diamond Capital Management, a company he co-founded in 1996, where he serves as President and Senior Managing Director.  In addition to his primary role, Mr. Walker is an active board member for various organizations, including Starwood REIT, Clarus Corp, Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc., and Emeco Group.  He also contributes his expertise as a Strategic Partner at Jadian Capital, a private equity firm specializing in real estate investments.

Between 2008 and 2017, Mr. Walker played a pivotal role at Fir Tree Partners, a globally recognized alternative asset management firm.  As a Managing Partner, he was integral in expanding the firm’s assets under management from $4.5 billion to over $13 billion.  His responsibilities encompassed firm management, identifying investment opportunities, expanding global partnerships, and building a strong leadership team.  Under his leadership, Fir Tree was noted for its innovative approaches, deep value investing strategies, and effective positive activism.  Mr. Walker’s significant contribution includes co-founding the firm’s real estate opportunity funds, focusing on the distressed US housing market, leading to highly successful credit and real estate funds.

Before joining Fir Tree, Mr. Walker was a co-founder and Managing Partner of Black Diamond Capital Management. His career in finance began in investment banking at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Bear Stearns.  He is an alumnus of Boston College’s School of Management, where he earned his B.S. in Economics in 1984, and continues to be actively involved with the university, including serving on its Board of Regents.

Daniel Cruise

Leon Agam is an accomplished leader with extensive experience across AI, cybersecurity, homeland security and intelligence sectors. As the Co-Founder and CEO of TRD Smart Advice Ltd., Mr. Agam leads an innovative firm specializing in advising and business development within the intelligence and cyber sectors. His company offers cutting-edge solutions to propel clients’ businesses forward, while also managing an advanced Cyber and Intelligence Academy designed to equip professionals with the skills necessary to thrive in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Prior to founding TRD Smart Advice, Mr. Agam served as a Strategic Intelligence Advisor to Israel’s Defense Ministers, where he played a pivotal role in bridging political and security strategies. He maintained close contact with senior IDF officials and developed strategies to address complex security challenges. He was integral in managing Israel’s strategic relations with the U.S. military, including coordinating high-level meetings with Pentagon officials.

Mr. Agam’s distinguished career in Israeli Military Intelligence includes leadership roles as the Head of the Middle East Arena and Warfare, where he initiated innovative technological solutions tailored to field needs. He also led research efforts in the Middle East branch of the IDI’s Research and Analysis Division, identifying global trends and advancing technological solutions.

Mr. Agam holds an M.Sc. in Management Sciences from the University of Maryland, with a specialization in Project Management, and a B.A. in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University. Fluent in both Hebrew and English, Mr. Agam’s blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and passion for innovation makes him a prominent figure in the intelligence and defense sectors.
